Upper Lobby
Accommodates up to 150 people.
This space is ideal for birthday parties, family reunions, open houses, conferences, & serving meals to large groups. The Upper Lobby has a large screen that is great for slideshows & videos!
Café
Accommodates up to 50 people.
This space is ideal for baby showers, bridal showers, small birthday parties, & serving meals. The Café rental includes access to a full-sized refrigerator, two large sinks, an ice machine, & a dishwasher. The bar along the windows is the perfect set-up for crock-pots, meals, beverages, and/or appetizers. For an additional fee, you can have a barista prepare handcrafted coffee beverages for your event!
Play Lobby
Accommodates up to 40 children.
This space is excellent for providing a safe & fun experience for children aged birth through kindergarten. The Play Lobby includes the use of all toys, play equipment, & the TV with DVD player. There are two bathrooms located off of the Play Lobby for the kids to use.
Youth Room
Accommodates up to 40 people.
This space is great for work meetings and/or trainings where presentations are key. There is a small stage & screen available for use, several "break-out" areas for discussions, & plenty of room to add tables or chairs depending on your needs.
El Room
Accommodates up to 25 people.
This space is great for hosting events with older children (first graders+) or adults. The El room has tables & chairs along with open space for activities. There is also a large screen that is perfect for showing videos!

A member of Encounter's staff will contact you within five (5) business days of receiving your request with a finalized quote. Please note that there may be additional fees for custodial services, kid's space supervisor, and sound technician services.
