From parking to greeting to serving coffee and everything in between, our goal is to make guests feel welcome, safe, and at home at Encounter Church. To do this, we have a team of volunteers working, both up front and behind the scenes, to make a positive experience for regular attendees and first-time visitors.

We are always in need of volunteers ready to use their gifts. Some of our roles include: Parking Attendants, Greeters, Ushers, Starting Point Desk, Safety and Medical, Prayer Team, and Online Hosts.
