Guest Experience Director
The Guest Experience Director will ensure every person who attends Encounter has a remarkable guest experience and a plan to take their courageous next step to new life in Christ.

Facilities Manager
The Facilities Manager will have a sense of ownership of our buildings, creating a clean and welcoming environment for our congregation, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities encompass various custodial tasks, including performing routine cleaning, making minor repairs, restocking supplies, and supporting event and rental preparations.
